Treating depression involves multiple factors, including addressing your lifestyle factors, thinking patterns, and behavioral patterns. We address our clients from a holistic perspective, to try to tackle the depression from all angles. This often includes assessing things such as your nutrition, sleep patterns, physical activity, support system, cognitive biases, history of trauma, and medical factors. Some of the therapy styles that can be most helpful for depression include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Solution Focused Therapy, to name a few.
